The FIRST Seraphine Deck You Should Build | Riftbound Radiance

Seraphine, Starry-Eyed Songstress is Riftbound Radiance's new Mind and Order Legend. As an additional cost to play a spell, exhaust her and three friendly units and the spell costs two less. This First 40 builds the first Seraphine deck for release day, a token combo list in the Viktor mold that floods the board with Recruits, pays for Thousand-Tailed Watcher, Imperial Decree and Raucous Anthem with them, and brings Jayce, Man of Progress plus Vanguard Armory back, with the full decklist, all three battlefields and a ten card maybe board. Learn why Raucous Anthem is a better Grand Strategem, how Watcher plus Bellows Breath wipes the board from seven runes, why Encore is the best turn one play going second, how Trifarian Captain keeps the two drops flowing, whether Shadow's Call or Fanfare belongs in the last slot, and what cards almost made the cut.
