PlayRiftbound.com is Changing Everything — Let's Talk About It
Riftbound just announced that PlayRiftbound.com is replacing Carde.io as the home of all organized play starting September 14th and I think this is genuinely exciting news for the community. 🎴
In this video I break down exactly what is changing, what it means for players, and share my honest reaction — including what I'm personally hoping comes next. Spoiler: I really hope that independent event organizers like me eventually get access to host events through the platform too. The future of Riftbound organized play could be really special if they get this right.
📋 What we cover:
🔄 What is changing and why Riftbound is moving away from Carde.io
🆔 How the new Riot ID sign in works — no more account linking
📍 How to find and register for events on the new platform

💭 My honest reaction and what I'm hoping to see next
As someone who plays in organized events AND runs small events myself this update hits differently. There is a lot of potential here and I want to talk about it.
