General Discussion

Vendetta is almost here, so today I’m going through every new Riftbound TCG Legend from the set and looking at their chosen Champions, Signature Spells, game plans, and potential place in the competitive scene. This video is focused on first impressions, card evaluation, and competitive theory rather than final decklists. We still need to see how the Vendetta metagame develops, but there is already a lot to discuss about how each Legend might function, what their support cards are asking us to build around, and where they might fit once events begin. In this video, I cover: * Every new Vendetta Legend * Their chosen Champions and Signature Spells * What each Legend appears to be trying to do * Early deckbuilding directions * Competitive strengths and weaknesses * Which Legends look aggressive, controlling, combo-focused, or value-oriented * How the new Vendetta cards may affect the wider Riftbound metagame * My early thoughts on what could become competitive This includes discussion around all Vendetta Legends : Jayce, Kennen, Akali, Ambessa, Nasus, Zed, Shen, Renekton, and Mel. As always with preview and early set-review content, these are first impressions. Once players get games in and the competitive scene starts developing, some of these evaluations may change a lot. Let me know in the comments which Vendetta Legend you are most excited to build, which one you think is being underrated, and what cards you want me to cover in more detail.
